FabLab

The Gary L. Crocker Innovation & Design Lab, a prototyping laboratory, was co-created by the Center for Medical Innovation and the Spencer S. Eccles Health Sciences Library. The Gary L. Crocker Innovation & Design Lab offers equipment and tools to aid innovators in the ideation and creation of medical devices and prototypes.


The Gary L. Crocker Innovation & Design Lab improves the quality and success of prototypes to increase the visibility and potential success of faculty and student projects. Additionally, the Gary L. Crocker Innovation & Design Lab provides invaluable experiential learning for medical device innovators.


The lab is located in the Synapse collaboration space, on the Garden Level of EHSL in Room 002. To schedule a time to use equipment in the Gary L. Crocker Innovation & Design Lab, please contact Tim Pickett.
